1. Our services
We provide residential and commercial duct cleaning, ducted heating cleaning, evaporative cooling cleaning, split system cleaning, duct repair, duct replacement and duct inspection across Melbourne. The exact work is agreed with you before we start.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are based on the number of vents or ducts, the type of system and the condition of the property. We give you a clear price before any work begins. Any additional work is only carried out with your approval.
3. Bookings and access
When you book a service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas and systems being cleaned. If our team cannot access the property or system at the booked time, a call out or rebooking fee may apply.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to another customer.
5. Payment

We may take before and after photos of the work for our quality records. We will not use identifiable images of your property for marketing without your permission.
