On behalf of everyone at MR. DUCT CLEANING, we understand your concerns about the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Our priority is keeping the health and safety with all of our customers and staff, especially during this time.
Since the very first beginning, we have introduced a few measures, like sanitizing all the duct cleaning tools and our fleet to keep our customers’ peace of mind, meanwhile, protecting the health of our employees.
As a business who is providing duct cleaning to clients in Melbourne area for years, we are used to workplace safety, both for ourselves and our customers alike, and we are continuing doing this.
As you might be aware, Government has announced the necessary social distance a few weeks ago. In normal circumstances, we would love to give our customers warmly shake hands with greetings, however, during this period, our technicians need to keep a respectful 2 metre distance, to keep health and safety with both parties.
We have instructed our technicians to sanitise before, during and after working in your home as soon as the COVID-19 was found in Australia. Facial masks will be worn before our technicians approach your home and they will be kept on throughout the duct cleaning procedure.
We have routine check and guarantee that none of our duct cleaning technicians are sick or have any symptoms linked to Coronavirus or any other health-related issues. They are also instructed to report any symptoms relating to their health immediately.
We have confirmed that none of our technicians have oversea travel history in the last 30 days. Although their daily work is covering the whole Melbourne Metro area, they remain isolated in their vans and bring their lunch from home for both our clients and their good.
We love pets and treat them as our own family. However, COVID-19 infects animals and is able to be passed onto humans in rare cases. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) are examples of diseases caused by COVID-19 that originated in animals and spread to people. During this rough time, we would like to ask you to please keep your pets away from our technicians, ensuring that social distance (2m) regulations are respected.
If you have any requirements or suggestions that would make you feel more comfortable, feel free to contact us straight away. We will adhere to them where possible. It is your home and family, and we strive to act accordingly to reassure you.
